Our Kent County Quiz Bowl teams placed 2nd and 3rd at the Sr. Goat Quiz Bowl held at the Goat Expo in Lansing on Saturday, April 24th. Team A placed 2nd and Team B placed 3rd.
It was fun and exciting to see our teams play each other, not once, but twice during the play offs! Next year the challenge will be to beat Oceana County and earn 1st place. Congratulations to all!

CONFIRMED next practice is Monday, March 29th 6-8pm at MSU Extension office. Please bring a scoop of your goat food (and if you can check the tag for top ingredients) and a baggie of your hay. We will be doing a comparison.
CONFIRMED for Saturday April 17th @ 2pm is OK at Grace's home.
Questions - an updated list will be eMAILED out later this week. If there are conflicting answers (like the Angora goats only having hoofs trimmed every 3-4 months), please let me know so we can get them clarified. I will let you know as soon as I have a response on the hoof trimming question.
